V-NAV
About V-NAV
V-NAV explores a practical question: what information does a rider need from a separate navigation display, and what must the rest of the navigation system provide?
What you will find here
This site combines a V-NAV handlebar-display project overview with educational guides about motorcycle navigation. The guides explain the roles of maps, positioning, route calculation and device connections, and offer questions to help readers assess a setup.
The project and its current claims
V-NAV is a prototype currently being refined and tested. It is not a final product. The Lite and Pro configurations describe the intended approaches. This website does not offer a finished device for sale, take payment or promise a delivery date. Final specifications, compatibility, price and availability have not been announced here. Product images illustrate the project and do not establish certification or measured performance.
We do not present the proposed functions as proof of battery endurance, waterproofing, heat resistance, vibration resistance, route speed or improved road safety. Those claims require appropriate evidence. A navigation display cannot replace attention to road signs and conditions.
Editorial approach
The navigation guides are original explanatory writing published by V-NAV. AI assistance was used to draft and organize this material; it should not be mistaken for hands-on hardware testing. Guides link to primary documentation for technical statements and identify app-specific examples. They do not claim professional riding qualifications or manufacturer endorsement.
A proposed feature, a general explanation and a measured result are different kinds of information. Where the site does not have a published test result, it does not assign one. Brand names in a guide identify sources or examples, not partnerships.
