Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information handled by the V-NAV website at vnav.in, including its product waitlist, email enquiries and advertising services.

Information you submit

The waitlist asks for your name, email address, phone number, preferred product, and an optional message. These details are sent to the Google Apps Script service connected to V-NAV’s waitlist so that V-NAV can record your interest and provide project and launch updates. Submit only information you want V-NAV to receive. You can request that updates stop by emailing info@vnav.in.

Email enquiries

When you email info@vnav.in, V-NAV receives your email address, message and any information you include. These are used to handle your enquiry. A question or privacy request does not itself sign you up to the project waitlist.

Website operation

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and delivery systems can process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to serve and operate the website. Sites also supplies visitor and page-view statistics. Fonts and styling use local resources or your device’s system fonts; external advertising services are described below. Service providers’ handling of information is also covered by their own privacy policies.

The website stores your selected light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage. You can remove this preference by clearing site data in your browser. The waitlist is separate from this theme preference.

Google advertising and cookies

This website includes Google AdSense code. Google and other third-party advertising vendors may use cookies to serve advertisements based on your earlier visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on visits to this and other sites on the Internet.

You can manage or opt out of personalized Google advertising in Google My Ad Center. You can also visit AboutAds choices to learn about opting out of participating vendors’ personalized advertising. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily remove all advertisements.

Your choices and enquiries

You can choose not to submit the waitlist form and can manage cookies and stored site data through your browser settings. For questions about information you have submitted, a request to stop project updates, or a request to access, correct or remove information, email info@vnav.in and describe your request. Do not include passwords, payment details, or identity documents. Our contact page explains what to include.

Information submitted to the form is handled for enquiries and project updates. For information about retention or to request deletion of your submitted details, email info@vnav.in. Do not submit another person’s contact information without their permission.

Advertising consent

Advertising availability depends on Google’s approval and applicable consent requirements. Where a consent message is shown, use its controls to make or change your choices. Browser cookie controls and advertising-personalization settings are separate controls and do not replace a consent choice required for ad serving.
